(not a FS listing) - I have a parts gun I'm trying to find a home for which has a Model A style bolt without the mechanism that prevents the striker from trying to reach the primer if it's not in battery. I want to say this is an original Model A bolt, but I forget whether anyone else knocked these off. As far as I know the McKay bolts were all Model B Style and I know this predates the f*ckery Century was doing milling SMG bolts to Semi Auto (it's definitely NOT one of those cuz it works :D ).

anyone happen to know whether the Model A style was unique to IMI manuf? Are IMI bolts supposed to be marked (looked, but did not find)?ModAStyle.jpg

How deep is the recoil spring pocket? Do you have the recoil assembly, tube length and spring coil count?
Looking to make one for my bolt (sounds like yours, Model A Semi). I just posted in gunsmithing section that no one reads as much.
