Don't think you can unless things have changed. It only works the other way last time I tried.

It was suppose to change Jan 1. I’ve done individual to trust eform 4 just haven’t done individual to dealer yet.

Pretty sure you have to do it on paper. I’ve had to on last 3 machine guns I’ve brokered that were on form 4s, paper to form 3

I was asking for a friend. I just now went in and mocked up a Eform 4 with me as the transferor and my dealer as the transferee. The process verified right at the end so I think if I had submitted it, the process would have completed.
I have done multiple individual to trust eform 4’s

Has anybody submitted an eform 4, individual to dealer yet? Any quirks?
I submitted two last month. MG and a can. Did it through a Silencer Shop kiosk. MG was approved yesterday... about 3 weeks. I've never done a trust transfer. I don't see the upside for me since CLEO signoff went away.

I am now starting to see the benefits of the Trust. My son is at a point where he is very responsible but not financially able to part with that much cash to own machineguns. So as a Co-trustee I can 5320.20 them to him in Texas. Also if I suddenly kick the bucket, he can 5320.20 everything to himself. I took a Micro to him a couple of weeks ago. Next year we will swap out for the mp5k etc, etc..

100% absolutely agree. But, in my case, I have exactly ZERO family or heirs. So, my lawyer and trustees will have to use their best judgement ref my written wishes as to who gets "lucky". They'll transfer tax free on a Form 5. I'll be dead and couldn't really care less who gets what, as long as it's not the state!

I assume the Trust in its entirety was uploaded? I’m curious if the trust instructions for non-firearms can be skipped.
