Nope, but they've got some interesting stuff. Also I didn't know you could put a lage .22 conversion kit in a side cocker. Thats cool.

3154tm,

I sent you a PM with the contact info I have for Larry @ firearmdeals.com.

And to answer what will most likely be your next question: I have purchased several MG's from Larry and his service was A+++.

FWIW, I e-mailed him twice last month some time, with a few questions about a gun he had listed that I was prepared to buy at asking price for cash. I'm not a tire-kicker.

I figure if someone cannot be bothered to return an e-mail to someone who is likely to send them money, God only knows what their motivation would be to respond to someone with a problem with a purchase they've made (where there's no more money to be immediately made by promptly responding). I'm glad others have had good experiences, but totally ignoring a likely customer really made me question the CS I'd likely receive. YMMV.

i sent an email to the address that emerz kindly offered but haven't heard anything back yet. i'll try and call monday. i've notice that a lot of these folks tend to be small, even one man operations so it doesn't take much to disrupt them. an illness, a death in the family, or even jury duty can close the doors so i try and give them the benefit of the doubt. but mtnvalley, your right, it's not encouraging.

Glad to hear you had good success dealing with him Jerry. I have no axe to grind, don't know the guy...but am just reporting my experience with him. Perhaps the e-mail he has posted on his website (the only one I used, as it's the only one I knew) is no longer good? Either way, you might instead want to say "he might take a while, but he MIGHT respond to you- he responded to me, anyway." ;-)

I've already found and bought a gun like the one I was writing to him about, but may give him another try someday.

I had the same non-contact experience and bought elsewhere. Not out anything, so no hard feelings...

FWIW, Larry is one busy dude with his other job. I live down the road from him and consider him a good friend and it's hard for me to get ahold of him quickly. We're talking seriously busy.

If you like I will call him and let him know that there's folks who need to get ahold of him - referencing this UZITALK thread. Believe me, if he hasn't responded to a contact attempt it's because he didn't see it.

I bought my M11A1 from Larry. I emailed him. He gave me an excellent deal and great CS. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat.

What he said. My only SMG I got from him was an M11/9 and he was GREAT! I was nervous to send that large amount of money and have to wait 3-4 weeks for something called a form 3 to be approved to even hold the gun never mind see it. Then 4 months for the form 4. Wow. Of course now I understand all the ATF paperwork after buying a few more class 3 toys. Point is about Larry is that (unlike most FFL's) he was very kind and explained everything. I knew right away I trusted him.

If he has for sale somthing you want I would wait for him to call you back. You will be glad you did. My 2 cents.

I bought my M11/Nine from Larry along with a Lage Max-11 and a M11/22 kit. He gave me a good deal but wouldn't respond to emails same day. I usually would get a return call within a few hours though. This was a year ago when we did business. Only gripe was how long it took him to send it to my dealer after the F3 was approved. It was almost 3 weeks after the approved date. But it was in great condition, I'm just very impatient and it was my first MG.

I prefer email when doing business as it leaves a paper trail but have you tried calling as well?

One thing to think about is how hard will it be to get ahold of him once the deal is in process. That's something you might want to mention to him before you give him your money. Like I said it when I dealt with him communication was good over the phone and he he even gave me some extras. Just something to think about.

Fuck that noise.

If the guy is so rude that he cannot be bothered to answer email or return a phone call, he can jam his product up his ass for all I care.
