Anyone see the ps mac 11 on GB ??

Its been listed for a few weeks and is now over $10,000

I don’t believe I’ve seen a mac sell for over $8,000. I saw them listed for $8,500 last summer. Not sure if any sold for that

That’s low end Uzi territory. Uzi’s have been flat for a while so maybe MACs will be worth uzi prices soon

I don't see the sell of an original PS M11 pulling the M11-A1 market up...or any of the other "Macs" for that matter. Totally different pricing metric.

From a shooter standpoint...they're the same gun. Not having the RPB overstamp changes the game...hence the $10k run up.

Who knows...it might bump a little higher before Sunday afternoon with a bidder or two who don't want to show their hand early.

I agree to all those points. A Powder Springs Ingram M11 is much more rare. There are some differences than the Marietta MAC M11 or RBP and SWD M11s. It's collectible. Check out the info in the MAC MAN book. I put in early bid but dropped out. I would feel guilty even refinishing it.

I thought the same thing, this comes with an atf headache attached and extended transfer time if they notice the mistake haha

if a mistake on a form 4 makes something more valuable then 1/2 of my FA"s are rare....my BRP is listed as a 45 when its a 9mm.....barrel lengths and over all lengths are wrong on a few....i never thought this would add $2k to the value

the concept of adding value because its listed as a M10 is insane

The current bid stands where it does because the gun is an original PS M11 that isn't overstamped.

If the gun has a error with its registration, that would be a slight detraction in value if anything because someone is going to have to put forth the effort to make the correction...which will mean a conversation with an examiner and sending photographic proof of the model and serial #.

My take is the seller is providing full disclosure of the error and trying to spin it as a positive, when clearly it is not.

i still dont see how a small mag well mac is worth 25% more than a large mag well....PS or not.....PS Mac 10's arent really worth more than others...maybe $500 or maybe they just sell faster....i can see someone who is a ''mac collector'' wanting one and it does appear to be a very nice one.....bidding wars make people nutty....(me too)

It wouldn't be 1st time you've failed to see the obvious...failed to understand the obvious or failed to heed basic advice of those with decades of experience trying to help the frank newbie you were upon arrival here.

If I were buying a M11 that IS the gun I'd go for.
Original PS and then I'd be looking for a NIB orignal Old Skewl two stage for it.

I see the value in it same as any 1st run gun.

It's what I bought a original PS MAC-10 to me it IS worth a bit more to be original not some other companies idea of what it should have been.
