Looking at getting a full auto 22LR conversion for the HK sear, M16A1, Uzi or Thompson M1. Appreciate any feed back, ideas and in particular experiences.

Thanks for the feedback, looks interesting. Need to check stock (like asking for a diamond ring in a boarder town per the song).

What are you using for the AR15/HK91 as a 22LR kit?

So why didn't you take the G3 kit (with AM180 mag adapter) when I offered it to you?

Wish I had, however, at the time was a cash flow issue (in part due to changing jobs unexpectedly) and 5.56 ammo was just 22 cents a round and could be purchased. When the crazy times hit and had a few dollars tried to find our communications and recontact you but did not find the info and got one of the last kits from one source (see Roberts RTG still has them in stock and for less ... ops squared).

Hopefully you sold yours and/or get a few more dollars for it now.

Thanks, looks like the CMMG is semi auto only.

It's still sitting around, waiting for me to work up the ambition to put it out on Gunbroker.

I'm sure you will have fun with your conversion. They're awkward to try to use offhand, but great fun off a bipod. Make sure the BB adapter fits easily in the mag well and doesn't bind the bolt on the conversion at all. I had to do a bit of fitting on mine when I had it plugged into a Springfield Armory SAR-8. fortunately the adapters are plastic, so it's easy to take a few strokes with a file and check the fit until it's just nice.

Yes mine is semi auto, but I know the tower inventor and I can give you his e-mail if you P.M. me. He knows how to run the AR15 in full auto mode.
Heres a video of one running. http://bazookabrothers.com/Video3.htm
