The glock select fire is legal to manufacture in the US if you are an FFL/SOT class 7 or you are an FFL with an LE letter to buy one from a class 7.

Since the sellers could argue these are mere pieces of metal, the only way they could get in trouble would be to advertise it for such illegal use. Therefore the dilemma of how to buy and sell if you cannot use the key words of “full auto,” “Glock,” or “AR.”

Since the legality is a bit grey Gun Broker.com pulls the Glock selector switches a few hours after one goes up. But I have seen lighting links for sale. They state its purpose is for full auto conversion however warn not to use it for such.

Both are illegal to purchase or own, unless registered under NFA.

That's like those 80% receivers where you finish it out. I think the way he's selling it is legal. Plus he has the NFA disclaimer. So IMHO I think he's tn the clear. Now the guy that buys it a even makes one small cut on it is in big trouble unless he's a 07/SOT.
