Galil ar/arm

Good day. I want to know if the saps and sadf received galils from israel which they used , not tested. I know South africa copy thy galil which lead to the R4 and R 5.
It would be nice if someone have dates.

Don't know if the SAP ever used R4's, they used R5's and R6's which were all SA made.

The earlier R4's had a lot of Israeli parts, later ones were all SA made.
