Once you have sped it up to that speed, does it feel much different than an M11/9?
M11/9 is way faster, around 15xx on mine, which was known to run on the fast side. With a Speedcube it‘s 1900 range

This gun was 1240 before we started cutting coils. Got it down to 1084 and got that sound. I know strobro chimed in one time saying that Uzi video rate was in the 1300 range but our Pactimer says less and going by sound.

So with that said, it’s way different than an m11/9 which sounds almost electric, like a beach towel being ripped. This is much easier to control. I’ll be back at the range in couple weeks will get video and Pactimer in the same clip.

Thanks for doing it for science 😎

The 380 mac with a 9mm cfw bolt is one of my absolute favorite MGs. Small and fast. What’s not to love?

I’ve shot all the configurations (even the larger cfw bolt m11/9) with an M11, M11-a1 and M11/9 and for me, the M11, in 380, with a cfw-a bolt, is perfect.

100%

.380 looks like a kitten, hard to hate it.

I didn’t realize that. For whatever reason I thought the M11/9 and Mini Uzi had similar ROFs.

For those who've bought into this round of PSW bolts, I wanted to give an update. The bolts are a bit delayed from the fabricator. They told us they'd have half of the order ready at the end of December and the balance ready mid January. I told them to hold the entire order until they are all ready. I did this for 2 reasons, 1 - to avoid the Christmas shipping chaos and 2. to save on shipping costs with the bolts when shipped to us. I'm sorry for the delay and I hope you understand that I don't want anything to happen to these bolts while in transit and it's just safer to wait. I'll be contacting everyone individually the first week of January. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.

Anyone know how many of these bolts are out there?
This is the 1st run set to be delivered in January. So far only prototypes owned by Practical Solutions (with shooting vids) exist.

I believe Tom made two batches but don't recall if he said how many he made. Did Sam ever say how many he made?

Tom made more than 2 batches. There are 3 different types (letter font) on the A-bolts alone not including the full size m11/9 bolts.

CF(dash)W9MMa
CF(dash)W9mmA
CF(dot)W9mmA

PS has 2 sample/prototype A bolts. One from the original (Tom’s vendor) post #65 of this thread and one from the new vendor Post #136.

Sam and I aren't sure how many Tom made, but we *think* he did 2 runs of the M11/NINE size bolts and 3 runs of the 380 size bolts - there are probably others here with more accurate details. We don't know how many in each of these runs.

For PS-W bolts, you are correct with the 2 prototypes plus this run of bolts which will be 110 bolts.

For legacy production figures, I finally had time to go back to some of my own home computer files and this is an annotated version of what I recorded (not posted) back in the day:
"...a total of somewhere around 510 of the tungsten bolt units have been commercially produced for the Ingram/SWD M11/9 and M11-380 pattern submachine guns. Approx. 310 units for the M11/9, and approx. 200 units for the M11-380 (or M11/9) size platforms."

MHO, YMMV, etc.

Were these shipping in January? Any updates?
The last email that I received indicated that they would receive them from the machine shop sometime in February and then would need to assemble them before shipping them out to customers.

They've been delayed by the manufacturer again. I am working with them on the final inspection of parts. I am hopeful they will be shipping to us next week. We are sorry for the delay and we appreciate everyone's patience.
