Mine is at my dealer's now as well. Actually, it had been there for over 2 weeks and I called about some AK receivers and they mentioned that the can was there. Someone forgot to call. I picked up the Form 4 and got to see it. Looks very nice.

Good news is that I got the CLEO sign-off 2 days ago and mailed everything back to the dealer. He's going deer hunting for a week so there will be a delay in getting it to BATF.

But like you said, it's been a year so what's a few extra weeks here or there.

I'm 2 months into my form four wait. Sent to ATF in August Hope it pops soon.

I had to back out of the group buy because I was moving to another state and didn't have a new address or dealer there. I am glad for you guys that hung in there and now are reaping the benefits of that.

Maybe by the time my new house is finished being built in March we will have some range reports.

Maybe by that time some one will have an extra MK-9K that they are willing to sell me outright.

I finally got to try mine today....WOW!!!

Using 147gr Federal ammo...

all I heard was....

click....click.click....click.click.click

Pretty much just the bolt!!!

Between that and my BarrelXchange Heavy bolt....life is good with the Mini....

I hope it has been worth the wait for most of you guys...

I think only one person doesn't at least have their can at their dealers...and that one will be delivered shortly.

Let me know if anyone is having any problems.

I just got my paperwork from the dealer. Hopefully I can get it out this week. Looks like I still have a bit of a wait.

I finally picked mine up from the dealer this morning. Unfortunately, I'm about to leave on vacation for Thanksgiving in a couple hours, so I won't be able to shoot it until next week.

Shot mine this weekend with my full size and as expected it is great. Took a little longer than I had expected but in the end it's all good.

I found this thread the other day. I recommend that you review the info and contact Gem-Tech if necessary. Not sure if this is widespread....but I do know that Gem-Tech stands behind their products and will make it right if you have a problem......
