Help Needed to Identify this Upper-Is it a Task

Hello All. This is for a M11 and I think its the task because of that rod that
requires a hole drilled in the back of the lower
Please identify and tell me a guestimate of what its worth

Looks like a homebrew “Task” upper.
I had mine done by Jim weaver 20 years ago and it didnt look like that.

The July, 2006 issue of "Small Arms Review", Vol. 9, No. 10, has an article by CPT Monty Mendenhall titled, 'Slow Fire M11 Using All Off-The-Shelf Parts'. The upper that is the subject of this thread may be something made in accordance with the teachings of the article.

MHO, YMMV, etc.
