NFA? Just the Pig (soon to visit Desert Ordnance for an E6 upgrade)
What do they charge for that? I couldn't get them to answer an email.
NFA? Just the Pig (soon to visit Desert Ordnance for an E6 upgrade)
The one that went for only 26k?!?!
Well, technically, it was 29.9K (26K+15% buyers premium (cash discount)).
What do they charge for that? I couldn't get them to answer an email.
Figure +/- ~10K depending on exactly what needs done
Here is what they told me:
"
The cost of the E6 upgrade kit is $8,000 in black and $8,500 and fde.
The kit does not include a rear sight, charging handle cover, buffer, buffer yoke, mounting pin, top cover spring, top cover pin and latch.
These parts have not changed and so unless one of them is bad or you do not have it you would need to include them with the receiver for the upgrade process.
if you did need these parts it is approximately $700 in addition to the upgrade kit.
"
you're still ahead with the way the m60's are priced. Good on you!
Sure, if you base that on the advertised M60E6 current ask prices...

Peak ask optimism? Notice one gun is 10K under the others?
Which returns us to the original topic of flattening / peak prices...
LOL, sorry for the temporary thread hijack John...
A dealer can ask anything. Either it sits for a year or longer if overpriced OR they find a sucker.
Did some research:

Seems like going rate for a sear is ~25-28K on GB
More "good deals" or down/flat HK market?
Seems like slightly down market to me.
