Is this legal for someone to bend it for me and how much would someone charge?

I had a stroke back in 11DEC2011 lost my good (right) hand and money is tight (Hospital bills).

after considerable time tweaking the dies i now have a working set. i need do a trial bend from start to finish to make sure everything is doable with common tools. looks unlikely that the dies will be available for under the $150 benchmark i set due to the complicated machining and material costs, however affordability is a priority. will update with procedural pic's when done. thanks for all the interest.
