I picked up a new side charger upper for my M11/9. For some reason it will not run with the CF-W bolt. The bolt will push a round in the chamber but not fire it. When I have got the rounds to fire, I get two or three rounds then it locks open like it's on semi. I ran it with the factory bolt and it emptied the mag in seconds.
A second issue, it seems that the top rail is smaller than it should be. I tried to put a new Holosun scope on it. It can't clamp down enough to lock tight. The scope does fit several other uppers with no issues. I tried to put my old OKO sight on it, same thing. It can't clamp down enough. I actually broke s screw off the OKO trying to tighten it. (I have no idea how to find a screw for an OKO sight). Have others had these issues? I may have to ask for my money back.

Sam and Tina will take care of any issues. They are the best in the business and we are lucky to have them in our world.

Did you contact Practical Solutions before posting all of this and give him a chance to make it right? Practical Solutions has a great reputation and stands behind their products every time I have dealt with them.

Not yet. I was planning to contact him next week. I was trying to find out if others were having the same issues and if there was an easy fix I was missing, at least for the function issues.

We test the function of every upper with one of our CFW bolts. Every one must run before we even parkerize it. Call us next week and we will resolve the problem.
