For you guys into the 5.7
Looks like a SS is almost ready for the kel tec 5.7
Not sure what is all needed he mentions a AR FCG.
I'm just going to guess you need at least a AR type lower.
Something made for the kel tec like the Springfield Kuna or H&K SP5 to convert over to the AR FCG
2 minute vid on it and he goes over some add ons not FRT related but interesting all the same.

Was never into the 5.7 for a lot of personal reasons
Can't get the right mil ammo.
Civvy ammo is or was rather expensive.
Reloading is very finicky due to not having access to the proper powder,
with some PS90's doin the KB ( maybe the powder situation has changed ? )
It is a decent round however for it's original designed intention.
I've shot the PS90 and if I were to buy a 5.7 that would be the one.

5.7 on full auto sounds extremely expensive; sorry, I meant to say full semi auto.

I wish they made that gun in a different caliber.

My wife loves her SBR PS90 with the factory P90 barrel. Like a scaled down AR, light bullet going fast has light recoil. And with the bullpup design, the bulk of the weight is close to her body.

I actually got it from a 07/02. He actually built it to run in the Las Vegas monthly subgun match. Problem is that such a lightweight bullet doesn’t transfer the energy of a round into the steel poppers before splattering. He had to use 3-5 rounds to get a small popper to fall. The match would have two sets of targets from 16 to 19 in number. So unless you could pull singles with a a 30 round mag, you would need to have a mag change standing in front of unneuralized targets. With the rate of ammunition depletion per target, the P90 didn’t make sense.

I wonder what size projectile could be used to make the 5.7 shell into a straight walled round. Different barrel, same mags, might make it a better match gun.

Yeah, I think a lot of the cache around these guns is just that they're expensive and exclusive. Especially the HK MP7, but I think in terms of terminal energy transfer they're actually kinda underwhelming.

I think that between the bullpup design of the PS90 putting the bulk of the weight closer to the body and the 5.7 round is a step up from .22lr. The round will certainly make a small hole and they are getting better at bullet technology.
