I will miss you too stud!

[heimue]

I'll be there on Saturday, with two friends visiting from Germany. Just for the fun, watching, browsing, shopping, drinking at night. Won't bring a gun. I'll have my UziTalk baseball cap on.

I'd like to ask your German friends a few questions if they don't mind. I'll be shooting Saturday.

?

[MLR Distributing]

Looks Like Troy from Barrel Exchange is going to be my neighbor. I will be where I always am on the inside end cap of C-7. Stop by and say hey!

Ulwembu Will you be grabbing smoking hot finned barrels with an ungloved hand? You could be the next Youtube sensation with that "ouch that was hot dance".

[Ulwembu]

I hope not LOL! Haven't done it the last 3 times Too bad the scars are gone LOL!

[HK Shooter]

Ulwembu, I saw you did the Shotgun course at KCR before. This will be the first time for me with the shotgun (Saiga 12 -8" ). What kind of ammo works best on those steel targets. Do I need buck shot or is a 7 1/2 heavy load lead sufficient?

Thanks,

[carcass]

I'll be there Saturday and Sunday. Maybe Friday night too, if my companions can get out of work early enough.

[Paul Winters]

Ulwembu says...

Ulwembu uses my shotgun and my loads. The loads I make are 1oz skeet loads. I prefer #4 or #5, but #7 1/2 works as well. The days of requiring buckshot loads have passed. I would say the choke is more important. I prefer improved or modified. By the way, UIlwembu recomends 3" super magnum loads for you. Just for you.

See you there,

Paul : -)#

[Ulwembu]

I deny everything! Even that I know what the props look like from the subgun match! Even that I know what the course of fire will be and what Paul W's evil mind has made up this time!

By the way, birdshot should do fine like Paul says, and for some nice sponsoring I could reveal some spy-pics I took this afternoon.

[AK-Karl]

I'll be at the Creek early Fri. be looking for some good deals.

[Ulwembu]

Apex, if you want to meet me, I'll most likely be busy at the lower range (subgun range).

[chili17]

looks like we are going to have great weather

Quick report from KCR

I thought I would take a few moments to post about Knob Creek..
Jeff and I unloaded trailers of pallets today.
The weather here at the range is DRY with a pleasant breeze.
The prediction is the same for the rest of the week, and thru the weekend.
All the usual KCR events are still on schedule.
APEX will have plenty of kits, magazines ETC to sell.
For you folks seeking ammo, Century is next to us and has plenty on hand to sell.
I noted the following calibers, .223, 7.62X39, .308, 7.62X54r, 30-06 (SP), 7.62X25, 7MM Magnum, 8X57 Mauser and others I don't recall. Prices are not up yet.
We have seen other companies starting to unload and get set up.
Looks like there will be a lot for sale!

[Ulwembu]

Seen your boot when our pick up was blocked by that large Pepsi truck yesterday. Just not sure which of the guys was you

[TexTenn59]

I'm all packed up. We're taking off in the AM to get there in the early afternoon to spend part of my money. :banana

Shoot in Squad 3, then spend the rest of the money.
