You will enjoy! Have lots of fun. Some of my funnest MG memories are shooting in Dallas with Chili and the fellas making smile faces in the river with Richard's early .22 kits.

No idea, but in the machinegun world, if you see something you think you might want, don’t wait. Not ever.

This is the best advice you will ever get about the nfa world. If you see and want something you need to find a way to get it ASAP.
We are such a niche market that most things come and go after the profit dries up.

Got mine on Friday and took it out for some tests over the weekend. Federal champion (blue box) seemed to perform the most consistently, with Remington thunderbolts having more jams than successes. Still a dang good time, especially with my suppressor mounted.

I'm still waiting for the purchase email, I was #77 on the waitlist. I think I am going to order a dedicated side cocking upper for it. How many magazines do you think I should order with the kit? I'm pretty excited to finally get this!

The very minor upside to FATD not coughing up okays is that back burner projects like this get turned out. If the waitlist clears out I may do my best strobro impersonation and hack on one for an M11. I can’t bear to drop the $500 on a Fleming I’ll never get running.

To figure out how many magazines you need take the number of rounds that you want to shoot on any given range session, divide that by 40 (magazine capacity) and that will give you the number of magazines needed. You don't want to be loading magazines at the range. Especially if you go shooting in cold weather. Those little 22LR cartridges are a PITA to load even with a Lightening Grip loader - which you also must purchase by the way. Loading the mags one round at a time is TEE-DEE-US. I have 21 mags and shoot them all when I go. After that and some 9mm fun I've had enough.

Do you get pretty reliable results if you load 40 rounds? My experience is that I'm more likely to get some failures to feed early on if I load 40 rounds. I load 35 and it seems to work better.

I was told that after these orders are fulfilled, they will no longer produce these....
