I've heard so many people say this but 50beo, 458 socom, 450bm, 300blk, 350 legend, 6.8, 224valk and 762x39 all use the same buffers and springs as 223. Tuning the gas block or port size is plenty.especially useful if planning to use "oddball" calibers like 50 beowulf.

I never tire of looking at that chainsaw build. It's the kind of thing you think you'll be doing when you first get into machineguns, but then you get afraid to scratch it.
