YES!!, i did forget to say that..
Congrats Richard on your growth and new move...
now lemme dream more....

a new upper that takes HK mags, with hk charging handle emulating HK design even using HK barrel.... open and closed bolt version
a new upper that takes glock mags and drums, actually has a forward well that can be used as a forward grip, almost looking like a Spectre......

.

Real HK mags are too expensive. The only ones that would have any chance are the old straight ones.

Ah, you are also hoping that he changes the design so it doesn't feed through the pistol grip then.

tried taking a dark picture to make it easier to imagine..

maybe closer to what it could look like, the upper is actually nestled in the lower, the upper would need to be made longer though, but just imagine :)

I would also like to extend my congratulations. I bit the bullet (pun intended) and bought a NIB SWD M11 today AND order my MAX-11 upper and accessories, and a 22 upper and a bunch of mags and just sent an e-mail about the MAX-31.... it has been an expensive Wednesday for me. :) Now the waiting fun begins. It's going to get loud in Jamaica, VA before too long.

Now.. back to work.. more room means more production. That whole 5 day work week thing is more of a suggestion. Saturdays and Sundays are good work days. Idle hands are the devil's playground and all that. You should run 24-7.. at least until you get to #68 on the MAX-11 and #278 on the 22LR. Just my .02
I'm really looking forward to getting my new goodies and I certainly wish you the best of luck.

Steve

I know you said you won't due to the mfg variance in the lowers, but Suomi uppers for MAC10s... Make them for the Powder Springs guns and charge everyone extra for fitting if required on the post PS guns...

Hmmmmm....interesting.....kind of a short MAX-31 that takes HK mag's with HK sights, HK K-grip and HK Stock. Couldn't use a HK clone upper since it is the registered part. It would look better with the M-11A1/380 due to the shorter rear receiver.

I have also thought about making an upper styled after the Spectre. Cool little SMG. One of Practical Solutions side folding stocks would look great on it.

I've also thought about making an HK UMP styled upper, except made out of metal of course.

The down side is that to use the HK mag's, I would have to get another determination letter from BATFE.

Our company focus is on products for conpetition, but these uppers would make for some fun guns.

We are just brainstorming here. PLEASE...do not call or e-mail me to be added to a list for anything we posted here. I know how you guys like to be first on a list and get a jump on things. :)

Our focus right now is to get production back up and running in the new shop.

If you want to do something REALLY cool, make an upper chambered in 5.7x28 that takes the 50 round P90 mags. :uzi

That would turn the M11 into a real PDW. It can already be a machine pistol, a submachine gun, and a drum fed submachine gun, so a PDW would be the next logical step, right?

I remember when you were building uppers in your garage at home. You've come a long, long way and I'm truly happy to see your growth and wish you continued success.

Yeah right.... Put me on the list!
