If I get on the list today 11/3…ballpark figure how long will it take to get the call for payment for both the Max-11 and Max-10/45 upper? I’m in no hurry what so ever and don’t have the money saved yet nor do I even have the M11 yet, I ask here so not to take up Richard’s time. And how does one go about getting on the list? Thanks for the help.

From his website www.max-11.com:

"Please e-mail me what items and quantities you are interested in purchasing and your mailing address or ZIP Code. I will e-mail you back a total price, including shipping (where applicable). Arizona Residents must pay an additional 8.1% for City and State Tax. Items are usually in stock and ready to ship. If for any reason I am out of stock of a certain item, I will let you know estimated leadtime."

His email address: m11stuff@hotmail.com

FYI - It doesn't cost anything to be put on the list. He will tell you how long the lead time is until your number is near. When your number comes up and you don't want it or have the money, he'll just go to the next guy and offer it to him. He is a great guy and he has always answered any email I have ever sent to him.

I am sending Richard a check tomorrow for our upper. We were #66 this year for a MAC 10/9 Upper. I will post pictures when I get it. I ordered it with the 500 RPM Bolt, Side Folding Stock, and side rails.

Dane

PS: Just sent my MAC 10/9 to Sam at Practical Solutions to get it running correctly.

Your number doesn't mean anything as uppers are shipped and ordered and your number is constantly changing.

I'd guess that you're looking at about four months form the time you place your order until he notifies you that it's ready to ship and he needs funds.

All I know is this is what Richard sent me when I placed my order:

Hi Dane, I have added you to the waiting list for the MAX-10 Slow Fire Upper Receiver. You are currently #66. There is no deposit required and no obligation to purchase. For updates on production, please visit my website www.max-11.com.
The price for the .22 kit will be less than $500.00. There will be one available for the stock M-10/9 and the MAX-10/9.

Best regards,
