I just picked up an OCL Milkman. They're designed specifically for PCC and subguns. 3d printed titanium low back pressure. Objectively sounds great after one range trip. Definitely less gas than the Octane 9 I used to use. Went with the Rugged bixler style 3 lug mount. Bought from Hansohn brothers and shipped to my LGS. Capitol Armory has them now and will ship right to your door.

My favorite can is my YHM R9. I own 2 and use them on my MP5's and my Mac 11's . They are reasonably priced and versatile. And look sweet on the guns IMO.

What are your requirements in a can?

Does it have to be lightweight? Modular? Looking for a specific tone? Do you want flow through?

Everything Rugged is "Belt Fed" rated and guaranteed to handle extreme FA use.

Avoid cheap aluminum cans as they will not hold up to FA.

If you can get your barrel double threaded with 1/2-28, if running the OE upper. It'll make life easier. You will have to pull the barrel from the receiver to guarantee concentricity.

I did this on my 45 upper and a 5/8-24 thread.

I have an old M-10/9 can with the Bowers upgrade so no more wipes but it still has the rattle. I have only used it on semi auto and it is amazing. I will dig out pics

I use an old SWR Octane 9 that's I've used and abused. But with today's options, I'd buy something better and have it shipped to my house if possible.

I've got an old AWC Agenda Six silencer that is rated for 9mm use that came with my M11-380. The silencer has 5/8-11 M11-380 threads so it's a direct screw on for that gun, and I've got an adapter with 1/2 - 28 threads for use on other guns. The silencer is typical for the era "subgun" size and weight, and has very little port blowback, and no "climb" when shooting full auto. Old tech, but still works.
ETA: I use it for shooting 9mm in an M16, as well as with an Uzi.

I tried contacting GSL. Geeesh. They do not respond to e mails. I have called and spoke to someone who transferred the call, left a message and no response. Its been over 1 week now.

I have a Bowers Vers 9. I like it because of the different mounting options. I have a Lage 3 lug barrel on my M11-9 so that's the adaptor I use when I shoot suppressed. I also use it on my Uzi with the barrel nut adaptor. Bowers customer service is up to the Lage standard and they are local (in state) for me.

Can confirm I have 4 of there cans for years
3 on semi guns however I have razor 762 on my m11/15 with a 10.5" I did a 150rnd drum dump it was glowing so emailed rugged and said what I did and if it was safe to do again they responded "sure have fun, if it fails we will replace it"
So I've done it 7 times now still going strong,

Really want the Rugged Sub9 but it’s sealed. If it could be taken apart I’d make that purchase happen.

All the times I’ve cleaned my Octane9 (dip method heavy lead) I’d have to get something serviceable no way around that. Sometimes the lead is so built up I’ve had to dip the baffles twice. Over 10 years of abuse that Octane would be almost a solid lead bar if it was sealed.

To tag on to this I have a awc mk9 I run on my m11/9 upper. I have ran a rugged obsidian 9 and octane 9 as direct thread and trilug. I recently got a ocl milkman and versa 11 and my goodness the gas to the face is minimal compared to the others and sounds great. I'm getting the thread adapter for my original upper and also getting the new rugged ru3 mount for the milkman. I prob won't run the others much anymore.

I got my ocl milkman through Capitol armory when they first could pre order. Other suppressors through local shops and silencer shop. Capitol Armory makes it easier cause they ship. Silencer shop is easy but seems to have issues lately.

I've used several, Wolfman, Omega 36, and Mojave 9. Out of those, I'm a fan of the Omega 36 the best. They're solid and mine has been abused by lots of FA fire.
