Hey everyone. Been waiting on the production variant BCG for the Fat_47 beta model to get here so I can mail it of to tech branch for determination. I also need to get the sear catch re-machined one last time (hopefully) Then We should be in business just waiting on determination now that the gov will be open for a submission. In the meantime I worked up a trigger option for the M10 and had the trigger portion machined. It turned out awesome, However there will be slight changes prior to having the production run machined. (Increase length, and soften the front face edges a little more for comfort). I am considering selling these as a kit that will include a new sear, trigger, and sear spring. If I can find someone to make the trigger spring (since it's more complex) I'd be willing to have that included as well, just to lighten everything up. I will also be making several different options as far as trigger design is concerned, so stay tuned for those updates on this post. Well enough with the wind, here are some pictures and a video showing it installed and being depressed.

Looks great, man. With a PS 9mm on the way, I'm very excited to hear about the trigger upgrades and the rest of the work you are doing. Your fellow M10 owners will be very grateful.

its not $3,000 is it?

Jesus, everything else has been, don't give him any ideas! :roflmao

For real though this is great. I hear a lot about trigger options for the M11/9 and while very few, it's been much larger than our choices for the M10. Trading M10s to try out the different trigger pulls on the various makes has been an experience, maybe this, coupled a new sear the creator is contemplating we are truly entering a new dawn of M10 ownership!

Thanks for the feedback! Trigger works perfectly btw, went for a range trip on Saturday. I'll get working on redesigning the sear and look into getting better spring rates. I'll keep this project updated here.

Yes actually! I just did another 3d print of the trigger but it's still too short for my liking. I have been running the first machined variant for a while now with no issues. Here are some pictures of the the 3D print of the second variation with some changes made, I am going to change it again one more time and as soon as I do, I'll send it off to be machined. Also Here's a picture of the grip sleeve I've been working on. Sorry I'm not on the forums as much as FB/ Instagram, but I'll try to get on here to update a little more often.

Not that it matters but I like like the one without the little hook on the bottom..

While I find the hook very aesthetically pleasing, it prevents applying all available leverage.
I’d like to see a trigger as long and wide as possible.

I agree Vegas. The wider trigger really makes it feel lighter.

If that grip is compatible with top thumb mag release then I want that so bad it can not be expressed in words! I have giant bear paws and the finger groves in the current one drive me nuts.
