No doubt! I will up the heat on the Winchester 231. Still, pretty smooth shooting SMG.

I bought a M3A1 welded shell direct from Medea and had John Andrewski rebuild it. Original rear cap welds were a mess. It had a piece of metal internally preventing guide rod plate from seating and had to be cut apart.

John had to put a lot of hours ($$$$) into it.

Supposedly Guidelamp had issues with warping during welding the two stamped halves. Medea supposedly had the same issue.

we did about 50 tacks and welded in no more than about a 4 inch section at a time and allowed to cool in between
