That R stamp is my avatar on here.
It is somewhat of a mystery as to what it really is but from what I can gather, after asking Shane, Sylvia’s son, it is an RPB stamp. He said it is an “RPB hand stamp”. It has been used on various different items, many of which were items sold at the RPB auction and obtained by SWD and then sold by SWD with that stamp added to them (maybe to denote that it was an item that was leftover RPB inventory but I really have no idea). SWD was putting that stamp on the bottom of the front trunnion of the RPB carbine uppers. Shane has at least one of the original hand stamps for the R stamp.
The other mag is an SWD era .45 m10 mag. The “Cobray” trademark logo stamped on the mag was SWD era and is less common on .45 M10 mags than the earlier MAC 4 stamp that is typically seen. It’s just the usual surplus grease gun mag that was converted in house by SWD for use in the M10.
If you want to offer a fair price, without over paying, I would offer $80 on each magazine, they generally sell for at least $100 each, often a little higher at auction.
While these stamps are rare(r) than the earlier MAC 4 stamp on M10 mags, it doesn’t really change the value and the mags are still just “factory” M10 .45 mags at the end of the day, the majority of buyers don’t care about the logo stamps and the collectors that do care are few and far between and not paying big bucks for mags with the less common stamps.
