I would love to see a video of the parts actuating. Especially the safety, trip, and stock lock. When you buy it Matt please take a video ;-)

A neat trinket.

Coming soon to a range near you...cutaway thumb from the buyer shooting this and not paying attention. :)

Like Rock Island auctions I know what I can spend and I'm about at that end for a wall hanger.

As Charlie Sheen would say.

I'm not winning!

I wonder, would the lower function properly as-is? Could you put a regular, un-modified upper on there and safely shoot? I can't see any reason why not, but I'm no expert.

The auction listing does say "designed to be fired" so I guess it should be fine?

Absolutely- only non functional areas are cut away- and a complete upper will definitely run if a partial one will.

Yeah the gun itself would function just fine as is, the suppressor on the other hand might not be as desirable to shoot.

When I first saw the listing, I was wondering if some clueless buyer would attempt to fire that suppressor.

I hope that "suppressor" doesn't transfer on a form 4 and isn't actually considered a suppressor.

Since they classify a single wipe or baffle as a "suppressor," I'd think so. There appear to be whole baffles in there?
