Do yall eat them? I;ve heard vociferous argument for and against.

They’re full of some sort of insects when warm out. We shot a football and we’re going to keep him until we turned him over.

I did a head shot off momma and she ran off but the babies never came back to the feeder. I think my 300blk richochrted off the skull

Pumbaa walked on my half brothers property yesterday in Citrus county, Florida.
To bad he only had a 380 in his pocket.

We eat them. Generally only take the backstops and hams. Sometimes we get a bunch in a trap and it is fairly quick that way, and don’t have to mess with the guts. Big boars we just take to the gut pile but larger sows have been ok. Little ones under ten pounds we gut and clean. They go in the oven or BBQ.

Pigs really are nasty animals. After cleaning them I throw my clothes in the washer and head for the shower.

The meat is so much more lean than "regular" pork, basically can't eat the ribs, and no fat for bacon.

Yep, Hams are back legs. Front shoulders are commonly known as Boston Butts or Picnic Hams, depends on where you live.

Holy beans man that is a no kidding African warthog!? Is this real?

Yep, it’s real.
My brother called fish and game and they didn’t believe him until he sent a few photos. They came out and apparently there’s an hunting camp that has a lot of exotic animals and there’s an animal sanctuary that it could’ve got out from.
They’re actually worried it’ll cross bread.

That’s Crazy Kick! Did fish and game give him “permission” to kill it?

I would be worried too. Those tusks are man killers. I hope he bags it for sure!

Florida has enough invasives as is. Iguanas, pythons, now Warthogs!
