I think I'm confused. :thinking

We went from small guns with a high ROF, (2-3 round bursts), which we thought sucked, to larger, slow firing guns, (easy singles), which we loved. Now smaller guns with a higher ROF, (2-3 round bursts), don't suck?!

Yes, exactly!

It's all good clean fun!

Took it out today finally and ran approx 300 rnds thru it with three types of factory ammo. PMC 115,WWB 115, and S&B 115...subjectively the WWB was the hottest....it really thumped along with the most dot bounce. However the ROF is as follows:
WWB-717 rpm. S&B-721 rpm and PMC-740 rpm.
The PMC felt the softest with easy singles....in fact you could single WWB and the S&B..just took more effort. If you want a higher rate of fire you can use buffers but the ROF appears to be in the low to mid 700 range. But the most important part is the gun ran 100% like a sewing machine. I will continue to shoot it as long as Mr. Lage lets me:)

Those numbers sound about right. Are you using the full-auto only competition trigger?

No using the Lage semi/full trigger....I double checked the barrel length..it is 5.75". But this is not a production model so that's all subject to change. I found it interesting the ROF was pretty consistent with all three ammo types. I did not crono....might do that today.
