Has anyone used Miwall reloaded 9mm in a FA M11? Seeing how its about the cheapest I can find I am thinking about picking up a couple of K rds for my M11.

TIA

These are great reloads.

I've shot a zillion through my transferrables.

My friend shoots Miwall's through his MP5SD presample.

No problems

Sweet Eyegun, thanks.

I saw your old post again on arfcom about your hand, you've got me slightly nervous about adding a VFG

I've been buying factory fresh and reloaded ammo from Miwall for many years. They're a regular fixture at the gun shows here and I can't buy ammo much cheaper anywhere.

I haven't used their reloads in my transferable guns in some time, but not due to any problems I've ever had, just my choice. I did shoot several thousand rounds in my first M11/9, so I can say it's good to go in my limited experience. I still use some of their lighter loads in my wheel guns. .38 Special in my .357 magnums and 44 Special in my .44 magnum.

BPH-

Don't buy it all before I get there. Between you me and Cape now we'll have to call Miwall in advance to bring extra. Or just run down to Salem :p

MiWall 9mm reloads seem to run great on my stock m11/9, but i get short strokes and run-aways when using my lage upper. The lage upper seems to work fine with WWB.

any idea what you're paying per 1k at the shows?

I think at the last show, it was around $105 per 1k of reloaded 147g 9mm.

On a side note -after chrono tests by some fellow Oregonians, it was found to not be consistantly subsonic.

Those are reloads.

And you are shooting them thru a multi thousand dollar gun. I NEVER shoot reloads thru my M16. I have an M11 in xfer now, and wont shoot them in that gun either. Especially Miwall.

I got some 10mm from them twice , deep gouges on the first batch and the last had 12 rounds with cracked brass. No Miwall for me..

Buy it.. Make sure you look at every round for defects.

10mm is different than the rest- it is way more prone to cracks. It's kindof quirky to reload for- if you don't have the correct LP in your 10mm MP5 you'll be cracking brass all over the place.

Don't judge the whole company based on one caliber.

10mm was for one of my pistols..

My point was... Any reload you shoot thru a multi thousand dollar gun... Look at em before you load em up...

Especially .223 Ultramax....

I figure underpowered 9mm reloads would be fine. Now if it were .40 or 10mm this would be a different conversation.

FWIW- I bought 1k of 9mm for 109.00 :(
