i used Mbus Pro irons. they're slim lined, Metal, and i think they're nice. my optic is a Sig Romeo 6H. its reticle is changeable from a red dot to a halo like an eotech to a halo with Bullet drop markers. than on the very rear i put a Magpul QD sling mount.

If you sign up for an account with UPS you can actually watch the truck with your upper drive around the city. I felt like a kid on Christmas day when the truck made a stop on the street behind my house; so close. Then got crushed as I watched it drive right past my house and keep going. Was another hour before he came back with my upper.

Oh man I'm going through this right now. Saw he was at the street next to mine right behind my house at around 10am and I could hear him. I even went and let the dogs out so they wouldn't be barking at him when I went to the door. BUT then he left for another neighborhood and hasn't been back and it's now almost 330. I need a drink...

Edit: it's here! For those curious I was #302 and the serial is 153 so it looks like half people are declining. I'd imagine the percentage of people who pass will only increase as we get farther along too.

I most likely will not run it in this config as I don't think I'll be bench shooting much, but figured it was different than other people's posts. Good luck everyone else waiting!

That's a good point. My prediction was based off of the assumption that the die hards got their pre-orders in first and didn't care about price. Either way, even though I haven't shot it yet, I can tell you hit it out of the park with this one. You changed the game again. IMO the price is justified. The upper is built from quality components. If you want to shoot rifle calibers you can spend $3k on the upper or you can spend $25k on an M16. If you're fine with just shooting pistol calibers then stick to one of the many uppers you sell in the $700 range.

I was good to go even knowing the price until you announced the M11a-15. Now I'm going to pass when you get to my number in favor of that.

i was Original Number 191. my receipt has serial 108 but the actual upper that arrived was serial 110

With the IRM, any stock will work.

I haven't seen a stock that looked right on the m11/9. The m11a1 looks great with lots of stocks. as does the m10 in the only pic ive seen of the prototype.

The zukhov stock will probably look great, as will the ACR stock.
