I talked to Walter USA about getting the IWI mags. They claimed the mags haven’t been made for about 3 years. They had a couple on hand, for warranty purposes only.

I walked into the el paso exchange and they had one on their mag wall. bought it right away.
They thought they’d never sell it.

25-30 round mag would be about right for this gun. Most of my other .22LR guns, GSG 522 aka MP5 clone uses 22 rounds, my Beretta ARX 160 has 20 and 30 round mags.

Please give him some time to respond, he has been working outside of the mag, I am in testing stages which I will be more than happy to tell you that after the 2nd full mag, this thing has been working like the original. I think my first full mags were shot outside while it was 25 degree, while the last two were in 55-62 degree weather. So the third and fourth full mags have been flawless in operations! I plan on doing a video soon and what correction was done to make the mag operate better, something that both D and I have talked about. So hang in there for those who are waiting to hear back from him.

Hey guys. I’m not dead, sorry i haven’t gotten back to everyone, project had to take a backseat for a minute but I’m finally back and have the time to work on them, i should be printing some good ones up soon, i had to make a modification to the mag to make it a little more reliable.

I've got one of the old rounded plastic .22lr mags from Vector I believe that looks like the Walther mags. It came in a box of other mags so PM me if anyone wants it for the cost of shipping (fits in a small Priority box). I've been told you can dremel in a mag catch and use it in the Wathers, worth a shot anyway.
