Looks like some newly imported parts kits are hitting the market ! I see a seller on gunbroker has 7 of them left if anyone has not seen them . He stated they will be plasma cut de milled and the front trunnions should be useable . Link below .

Seems odd to make a listing without even having the parts kits yet. Would seem a little more above board to hype while they are enroute, then list when here. I think a member had talked previously about importing some. I thought that didnt end up going through however. Seems like this is a legitimate seller. Just odd to list before having them.

No different than anyone else purchasing a preorder . Always good to pay with a credit card in situations like that.

They went quick. I grabbed a few. Spoke to the owner, very nice guy. He is personally demilling them, accepted a deposit for the kits I ordered, and payment in full after I see the final demil. They arrived in NY They are in transit to the FTZ he said for demill this week. Seems 100 percent legit

Is it true that a mini bolt will safely run in a full size to speed up the ROF? I currently run a 1" buffer but have concerns about premature receiver wear. If so would anyone be interested in selling a mini bolt?
edit* I own a Vector/GI SMG

If it’s a mini open bolt with the feet then you would have to either relieve the trunnion to accommodate the feet or partially relieve each foot in order for them to clear the trunnion. Either way you need to keep the feet so they can engage the sear. I imagine you could also use mini closed bolt in a full size Uzi but I don’t know what adjustments you might have to make to do that.

I believe Amphibian experimented with this and posted about it on UziTalk. I've done it as well and it can work. You don't have to relieve the trunnion or the feet because the trunnion on a full size sits farther forward than a mini trunnion and the doesn't hit the feet. Look for Amphibians post for important details about the recoil spring. Also, mini bolts aren't usually relieved for the barrel restrictor ring.

Yes lol. He’s going to call me when he cuts them he said
I'd be very interested in seeing where/how these get demilled per your instructions. I understand you're very experienced at this so it would be interesting to see your technique. I've been wanting to build up one mini receiver (along with a couple of full size ones) from several full size pieces and channels I have and would like to see what you think the preferable weld spots would be to make it as easy as possible.

Hoping he follows through and calls

I run mini bolts in full size. Need to have smg feed ramp. Also it will beat up the barrel face over time. I have some available
