Wow! I paid $2,795 for mine, brand new in 2002.

of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world, he walks into mine...(proudly showing his brand new 2002 purchased vector uzi that he paid much less than i did for the same gun in the same year)...

my shrink says i should be happy for all those persons who made better deals instead of writing stupid posts..i am not quite cured yet

A wise man once said on Arfcom, "you never pay too much for a transferrable MG, you can only pay it too soon."

I bought a NIB Vector from a dealer for $8300 recently. Uzis have steadily been climbing over the past year, so I feel like I got a good deal. It's coming from a dealer, so that's also part of the cost.

$6200 from my Group Ind back in June. I think it was a fair price, although as my wife says "I don't know why you call them investments, not like you will ever sell one"

$5k for my IMI Model B in August of 2009. It came with two cases of IMI subgun ammo in sealed sardine cans. I wish I had known it was corrosive but I don't read Hebrew!

If I was looking for a NIB Vector, I would pay $8300 for it in a heartbeat. I doubt you could get one for much less than that unless you got lucky.

If a Vector FA is 12K what would an IMI be in this same hyped marketplace?

I don't think that package was worth 12K, I think it sold above the normal range of the market for that stuff

If you can buy a NIB vector UZI for say $8500, was the other stuff in that auction worth $3500?
