Norrell Moly Resin to match UZI - HK black

Looking for the correct Moly Resin paint color to match painted UZIs and HK.
I was told FLAT BLACK, but that doesn't sound correct. UZI and HK more of a semi-gloss finish.

Frank I use satin finish on all Uzi black and HK refinishes. I think the original finish is a semi gloss but its too shiny the satin is a better match. If you can powder coat the gun better yet it will hold up very well

Done a few builds with High heat BBQ/engine semi gloss after the park job.

Came out OK not as good as my factory IMI guns but without them being side by side to a IMI gun they look great.

One was a board members NoDak Spud receiver.

No idea what H&K used I'm guessing as thick as the paint is on the parts kits and my AA IMI import UZI's they are some type of enamel over the parkerising process.
it's pretty thick and darn tough.

You want the Norrells semi-gloss black.

Need to preheat your parts, and use light "dusting" coats to cut down the gloss.

I warm the moly resin bottle in hot water, and heat the parts with a heat gun between coats....

Before I became a Norrells convert, I used Duplicolor DE1634 lo gloss black engine enamel......baked at about 350 for an hour and a half.... it's remarkably durable

Richard at BWE did my mini in Norells semi-gloss black. Definitely a bit glossier than the original IMI finish but if you don't put them side by side it looks awesome by itself. Durable as hell.
