Any advice how to chamber a round without destroying my fingers each time? Vector model rifle, the cut knob style tore me up pretty bad. thanks

Use the palm of your hand instead of fingers.....or use shooting gloves. Either that or buy one of the side cocking levers. I've only shot IMI/AA guns and never had this issue.

If you get a side cocking lever get the dual. Tried out a single and it was not comfortable and forced the top cover ratchet cover always over to the side where it was prone to rub off finish.

LOL.....it shredded the skin at the joint of my finger. Friggin kills, still! I am a girly man....with an Uzi

I don't think I've ever chambered a round with my uzi using my fingers. Always the edge of my palm. No issues.

Could just be rough cuts on your charging knob too though.

You could always try a cocking knob from a Micro Uzi......nice big flat surface.....might work pretty well against the strong springs on a semi gun......

Every one I have known that has put a side charging knob on a semi has ended up removing it.....
