First time I seen a Sterling was in a Bond flick. I'm not a fan of the 007 movies, but I though the Sterling was the coolest gun I ever seen. It's why my first MG was a MK-IV

Hell that's one of the reasons I bought one! It seemed the sterling was in almost all the old bond films in one way or another!
