He got in trouble by his superior for making this film.

I guess his superior isnt superior at all if he does not like the truth getting out and justice being done is what the police is supposed to be about.

I love several aspects of this film, watch the whole thing and see what I mean.

Awesome...the officer making the presentation was painstakingly descriptive and professional, as was the ATF agent and the LAPD spokesman.

Great find...thanks for sharing.

EXCELLENT job by all excepet the BATFE nazi............

I REALLY liked the end where the guy says 50,000 guns taken and not one converted full auto.

:gym

I thank those 2 officers for not being mouthpieces for the Brady Bunch.

I'll be sending that link to the friends and family members who don't know the differences and close similarities, so they can more easily call fowl when the news media or the Brady bunch spews it's rhetoric.

We all know the difference, and this video will do nothing unless it's shared with those who don't.

Thanks for posting it.

I don't like the fact that he says private citizens cannot own full auto.

I understand that's the case in CA, but he should specify that "in this state".

That guy's my hero. I sure wished all professional peace officers present themselves in that manor.

I wonder if he is still employeed?
I'd hire him.

Actually, aren't a lucky (and old) few Californians still in possession of grandfathered FAs?

I only get 1:13 seconds of this video,,, to where he is introducing the AK's. Any help to see the remaining 9 minutes would be appreciated. I just got wireless broadband and the portion that I can view loads incredibally quick but I cannot view the whole video.

Years before the internet boomed, I had heard several times the largest, privately owned collection of machine guns (in teh World) was held in CA by some Jewish Film maker named "Spielberg" :jester

I belive it too... I mean, the dude IS an Eagle Scout.

I think I know why he didnt touch base on elaboration of full autos being legal or illegal.

It would confuse the audience. They would still say, oh yeah the public 'can' still buy full autos and the media 'is' right and yadda yadda.

You cant explain rocket science to these people. Too many details falling on deaf ears. All there here is blah blah you 'can' buy full autos, and they will not get the point. They wont hear the "if you pay a $200 tax stamp which is saying on your part you are 110% sure you are going to pass the check that takes a month or two".

Even if they did understand, they'd still think the criminal element will be able to buy one because the system is faulty or if not they will say someone will buy one legit and then sell it at a gun show, lol!!! It will always be "but... but... but..." with the anti-gunners.

We know that and he knows that, but it's best to use the "building block" method when teaching a complex subject. He would have just confused the crap out of his intended audience with explaining NFA.

It's best that those people that need that kind of explaining don't get too much information anyway.

Exactly.

I have tried to explain the NFA transfer and making process to supposedly intelligent professionals who are avid gun owners and as soon as you get to the fact that it's a tax issue not a license issue, their eye's get little X's in them. They ain't hearing a word you say.

"It's got to be more complex than just being a tax compliance issue dad burned it! I's already got it worked out in my head that it it can't be like what you say!"

And their brain shuts down.

You're right, there was no need to clutter up the issue...the audience was the "Assault Rifle" ignorant crowd and the "tale of three 'Kalashnikovs'" does it real good as far as I'm concerned.

Well, you can, but the government does not like or encourage it. It's like going into the security business.

I'd equate it to saying all cars in X state must be registered. True, except for in special circumstances.

Great video. Saved.
