Wow that is terrible. Sorry to hear that. You should switch hosting providers. Also maybe it wouldn't hurt to send them a bill for lost sales given how much you usually pull in during the down time. Have your lawyer send it. If you didn't violate their TOS then they are viable for any lost income due to them purposely taking your site down for an illegitimate reason.

We are so sorry for the troubles. It seems that there is a problem with the sight and our email. Most people can access and navigate the site. But for some people they are unable to see the site and receive our emails. Our new web hosting company is trying to resolve this issue but for now it remains a mystery. It seems to have something to do with DNS/IP addresses not matching. As we previously cautioned that there may be issues that will need to be resolved, we appreciate your continued patience.
