Hello all,
I just got on trade very old Galil rifle with following features:
Folding stock, wood handguard, bipod, travel handle.
On receiver left side, close to the folding stock very deep, like factory marks:
Galil
5.56/223
Mod. ARM
IMI - Israel
Close to handguard serial 10xxx
On other side stamp "Infinity Firearms, Bartlesville OK "

According to owner, rifle from 80's.
Can someone explain about this rifle and what this rifle worth
Thanks in advance

It's not a real 80's IMI Galil.
It's a parts kit built by Infinity Arms, on an OFR/AWO Galil receiver, to be a Galil ARM clone.
It's probably got a Green Mountain barrel.
I think it's a shame they put IMI on the gun, as it's not made by IMI-Israel at all, and to me, that's just totally dishonest, and very misleading.
I think they got sued for using the IMI name, and the "Galil" name too.
Value, hard to say, depends on the condition of the handguard, and overall condition, but Infinity Arms doesn't have the best reputation of anywhere near a top tier builder.
Of hand, without seeing it, maybe $1250, even that's high, as their not much better, if at all, than a Century Golani/Galil.
If the wood handguard is real IMI, and near mint, it alone could be $300, and the carry handle rear handguard could be around $175, if it's in great shape, and IMI.
That's the only reason I'd put that much of a value on it, that, and the fact that ARM's typically fetch a few hundred more than AR's.
That could well be a Cliff Stearns build, as he used to build for them, now does his own builds, as they are history.
His builds are generally considered, the same as an Infinity firearms build.

Its a clone kit build from the early 2000's.

They are generally considered trash to be quite honest. Value? Nowhere near what an original Galil is worth. Maybe $750 just to demil for parts and rebuild properly.

Even if the handguard/retainer are new, which they no doubt are not, they would only be worth around $200 on their own. But these kit builds used real beat up parts that got blasted and painted.

Every time I read stuff, I want to hug my IMI Model 372!

Me too! Even though mine is a kit built with a real IMI Sporter receiver, and it looks almost the same as yours. But it was built well with newish parts, and it shoots well. Sights are straight, trigger is good.
