Recoil Spring Replacement

Greetings,

Does anybody know how often/rounds these should be changed? I got about 10k through mine and started to have fail to feeds now and then but i think its because the spring wasn’t giving it enough power to push forward.

Obviously these are are old and no idea what round count is really on these, but what have you guys found is a good count. What do you guys look for to know it’s time? Thank you.

No idea I have one Uzi with over 30K rounds same spring it came with. Put a replacement in a see if that fixes your issue

If you have an Uzi you should also have a pile of recoil assemblies on hand. They are cheap and you can still find them NOS in sealed plastic if you look hard enough.

Yea i had a few spare. I shot another 800 this morning with a different spring. No issues. Except with my beta drum… which i blame the beta drum.
