I am not going to start doing MP5 work. I just did an MP5 build for Hank Strange as a favor and to trade for some work. Uzis will always be my main focus even if I do some other projects here and there.

I've heard of the situation as well.

Although he does have a lot of problems going on right now, he should have updated his web site and placed a notice.

With that said, please keep in mind what he has done in the past.

As a 2× Survivor, I can tell you that he was literally fighting for his life. That takes precedence over business.

+1. Miss seeing you at the matches and glad to hear you are keeping it in the family. Always encouraging to hear the younger generation getting into it.

My wife is going to start taking on some of the work with producing parts to help us get back on track. My son graduates from college this spring and at this point his plans are to join the business.

Richard, I hope you recover quickly and are able to work as much or as little as you want. My favorite (semi) Uzi is a on a receiver done by BWE. My only regret is that at the time I didn't think to ask you to sign it or something so that future generations will know it's a genuine Richard Hoffman production. Good that you'll have your son in the business. The following excerpt from an email you sent me in February, 2010, suggests you may have a daughter you can recruit as well:

Apparently when I had my kids helping me clean my shop my daughter put it in a box of spare parts
