I've added a few new parts for the Smith & Wesson 76 and the MK760 to my website https://navgunner.com/navgunner-llc/ols/products

S&W 76 – MK760 SMG Recoil Spring
$35

These recoil springs are manufactured to original factory specifications. This is a critical wear item; if your spring is worn then it will eventually cause an egging of the rear-cap retaining pin hole on the receiver (because the bolt is allowed to collide with the endcap). Rubber buffers (also available on my website help too)
This spring guide rod is compatible with all original S&W 76s AND the MK760 variant SMGs too.

S&W 76 – MK760 SMG Recoil Spring Guide Rod
$80

These guide rods are an upgraded one-piece design (originals were a crimped two-piece). Originals were prone to getting crushed (probably due to weak recoil springs). This is a necessary spare part.
Please note that in a few cases, there may be some minor fitting of the small nib feature (on these guide rods) that retains the end-cap pin. This is easily done with a hand file.
This spring guide rod is compatible with all original S&W 76s AND the MK760 variant SMGs too.

S&W 76 – MK760 SMG Impact Washer/Buffer for the Guide Rod
$8

This washer/buffer gets installed onto the inside of the guide rod just before the recoil spring. These last 500 – 1000 rounds and help soften wear on internal components. These do NOT change the cyclic rate.
This buffer is compatible with all original S&W 76s AND the MK760 variant SMGs too.

Any chance you’ll make a milled trigger bar for the 760s and a milled sear?
The factory trigger bar is shit sheet metal.

I can absolutely make one, but I would need someone to provide a sample
I’ve got a spare trigger bar with the trigger installed/attached and a spare sear. The trigger bar is used but in really good shape. The sear appears to be new with the spring installed/ attached.

Maybe we could work something out. Send me a PM.

Happy Easter.

You want to sell them? It willing to lay top dollar for the bar and sear.

@KickStand if you would be willing to let me borrow them I’d be incredibly thankful. Of course I’d make sure you get a new one to show my appreciation.
I have a spare SW760 semi-auto pack I’d be willing to loan out for R&D. I think it’s close to the FA version.

I also have what I believe to be a NOS OEM S&W 76 full auto bolt (fits my 76 just right but not my 760). You might not be interested in another bolt project after the FNC bolt, but I’ll leave the offer open…

Honestly, I’d be down to do a Smith & Wesson 76 bolt.

I sent you a PM ain’t heard back.
Sorry, I thought my post above was sufficient. I do NOT want to sell.

Furthermore, I’m probably going to be sending them off to NavGunner, in the next week or two (which might be good for you). We’ve spoken already on the phone. Frankly, I just need to get them sent out but I’m going to finish working on my Lage 22 kit this weekend. Then compare the spare (mk760) parts that I have to the ones that’s in my 760 gun. Once I do that, I’m going to contact NavGunner again and get them sent out.
The good news, NavGunner appears to want to make the parts. If so, he’ll likely have them up for sale, at some point down the road.

Some (possible) good news. I changed the sear out I my MK760 and it appears to function fine. I’m going to test it today and report back. My gun had an issue with the sear releasing and I assumed it was the sear and/or the trigger bar. After changing the sear, it works as it should.

A few photos below (new vs old), maybe they’ll help someone.

Trigger bar:

Sear (pin is inserted in some photos, for alignment):

The red text with “old” indicates the original part, in my gun.
