I think it would be better rather than turn down the diameter of the barrel behind the "flare", just leave the barrel diameter the same full length? Just thinkin

I agree.
I think this will be the best of both worlds though. I’ve used a thread adapter on Lage’s 22 kit and I would’ve preferred to have something else (like what SubGun24 is doing with his kit).

Good news, the wait is finally over for Todd’s threaded K barrel.

He just posted this on Sturm:

Yeah, I got a message yesterday that my order has shipped. Took a while, but I know it will be worth the wait. My internet has been down for two days due to lightning so I've not been able to respond or find out what's going on, strange that we depend on it so much.

Good deal and mine has shipped too.
I’m hoping to test it this weekend.

Just got the new threaded K barrel and I like the setup. Hoping to test it this weekend.

Ran 3 different kinds of ammo through the new Threaded K barrel (with and without a can). This barrel will likely stay on the gun, runs like a top and it’s quite with it too (the microphone increases the sound).

Got some fireballs without a can.

Mine was supposed to be here Friday, then Saturday, now Monday. It seems like when packages hit the USPS distribution centers, they stop moving and sit there for 2-4 days.

UPDATE delivery now scheduled for TUESDAY, it has been sitting at the Indianapolis Distribution center for 3-days and counting

I had the same thing happen to me when NavGunner shipped his MK760 can to me.

It got to Jacksonville and sat there for four or so days.

All these distribution centers seem to be black holes for packages. PO says not enough employees, but I suspect other issues cause the delays. Low work ethic is at thee top of my list and incompetence is a close second.

Mine finally arrived today, snow this morning and 18degree wind chill, guess I’ll be waiting a couple of days to test it until it goes back into the 70’s.

UPDATE Well, I received a text that it was delivered, but not to me! I called my mailman, it was his day off, but he tracked down the replacement driver, got my package, and drove it over to me! (he is also a gun customer of mine)
