SBR FROM 9mm to 45---------LEGAL?

Say I get my tax stamp for my SBR Imi Uzi. It's listed on my form as a 9mm. Then later on I decide to get a 45acp kit from a vender with a 10.25 barrel am I out of compliance being that on my form it's only listed as a 9mm. :uzi

You're good to go, nothing to do because it's not a permanent change.

As long as you can put it back to how it's registered. ie dont sell the the 9mm stuff.

I listed both 9mm and 45 cal on my form 1 and they sent it back to me. Said I could only list one.

Doesn't matter what the Form 1 says ATF requests you update them of the new configuration if there is a permanent change but it's not required, same deal with barrel length and caliber.
