Sell sear/FNC seperate of have converted?

Hello gentlemen,

I am considering parting with my spare sear and FNC I have had in my safe for a while, but I am not sure what would bring the most money. Should I sell the sear and my unfired FNC separate or should I have the sear installed and then sell. What do you think would bring more money?

I think you would get more separate just because you would be saving the money and time of having the conversion done.
