Has anyone received their ZMAGS yet? I ordered one 50 round mag to see how it works.

I have a meeting scheduled for Friday morning to go over any last-minute details on the production tooling. I think that's light that I see at the end of the tunnel. :) Will post an update with pics on Friday afternoon/Saturday morning.

Thank you again to everyone for your support on this project,
Marty

What came out of the meeting. Will they be shipped this month?

And...?

Once you start shipping, I'll place the big order. I'm okay for now with 50+ tuned USMG mags but yours look like the next great mag for M11's

Best of luck with the process. I know how difficult it is to start up a new business. I equate it to boxing in total darkness. You never know where and when the next hit is coming.

Endure it all and succeed!!!

I'm getting in line for 24-30's and 12-50's.

Thanks Marty for making this happen!

Hello All,

I meant to post an update more than a week ago. I have just been swamped with business lately. Sorry for the late update. Please see Shockwave Technologies for the latest news. We are approximately three weeks out at this point--if everything goes to plan.

Thank you again to everyone for your continued support,
Marty

It's bad business to keep saying dates and having them slip, especially when people pre-paid.

Quit giving estimates.

Just keep posting update pictures to let people know what's going on, and the steps to be done. This is much more satisfying.

Marty,

Thanks for the update.

I never expected this startup project to be a "Fastfood Drive-Thru" deal. Building and growing a new endeavor.... always has it's setbacks. :firingak

I'm cool until they are ready brother!!!

Hell....Let's double my above order. 48-30's and 24-50's. They should go well with the 40 Suomi drums I currently have EEH? :cool

Tell me about it. This is why I originally resisted taking pre-orders.

So, the list of tools to complete is:
- Get marking stamps in and installed in the body blanking tool. (These stamps are still 7 business days out.)
- In the meantime, complete the insert and floorplate blanking and forming progressive tool. (This tool still needs more than a week of work to complete.)

Once the tools are built and finalized, it will take approximately three days to run the first 1,000 units. Then the parts will have to be black zinc coated. That will take most of a week. And then we will assemble the mags and start shipping them to those who have pre-ordered.

I, for one, like all the updates, time frames, and posts. Even if the deadlines are missed, we learn why. Keep up the great work, it won't be much longer.

Marty; all good. Quality takes time. im looking for the quality. Nobody here should be complaining At all. thanks to you, there is a Manufacturer that makes -=New=- -=Metal=- -=Magazines=- For the M11/NINE.
.
Everybody here, and Everybody that is complaining has bought magazines made for a different gun, and has spent time tweaking those magazine to fit their gun AND/OR have bought inferior polymer magazine, that were made to be Disposable, hoping they will last and even glued little metal tabs to help make them last.
.
Take your time Marty. if they come out tomorrow or a year from now.. ill be buying them.

ETA: to everyone that has pre-paid. I Thank You. I'm sure that has given Marty a hand to get what he needs to keep this project to product moving forward.

Same here, especially since you're posting picture updates each time. I'd much prefer missed deadlines with updates than missed deadlines with silence.

Quality > speed, if they are rushed and don't work it is a bigger problem for everyone involved, so I am fine with waiting! Keep up the good work

I'm not worried at all, I know that Marty will come through for everyone, it's just a matter of time. I think we are all used to long waits for weapons anyway. :)
