The last I knew Practical Solutions had a 3D printed magwell adapter that could use standard Z-mags. I also believe that “Deerhurst” made the tabs that could be added to Z-mags to make a standard Z-mag into a Z-mag S. Good luck with your Z-mag S search.

I have made tabs that are brazed or silver soldered onto Sten mags. I may have a few left.
