First review of the Hybrid hits Youtube.

It's specs are impressive and it shoots .45 Cal bullets unlike the Griffin Optimus. That could be a win for a lot of people. Not so important to me at the moment. It's very light weight and performance is very good in all the calibers listed. It doesn't mention anything anywhere about user serviceability and that's a must for me. I really like how these two companies are pushing the multi caliber innovation.

I think for the most part the Octane 45 hd is probably the best all around. Stainless baffles, user serviceable, light weight(sorta) and not that long. Plus the amount of mounts that are offered are great. Just IMHO.

That's a good can, but not rated for full velocity rifle calibers. You can shoot the Hybrid on pretty much anything. It's rated for a lot of calibers.

hybrid can

I'm waiting for my tax stamp to come in but I did get to fondle and drool on my Hybrid can this week. It is not user serviceable in that you can't remove the baffles for cleaning. You can however take off the mounting and exit caps to swap them for different mounting options and calibers, and to soak/swab with cleaner. I plan to run mine on anything from a Glock 23 .40 cal to an AK47 to .300 blk AR15 to 6.5 Creedmoor AR10, and maybe uzi and MP5 when I get mounting solutions figured out. Should be an interesting can if it works as well as I hope. I do wish I could take the baffles out so I could run .22 through it though.

Im still on a form3 but will end up using a 3 lugged adapter/barrel to fit it to the Mini. I own the AWC MK9 and it works great but now I have another option that was designed less than 20 years ago lol.

Thanks Coffey. Now I have to explain to my wife why I'm buying this and your slow fire bolt. :bang
