SilencerCo Warranty issues?

Hey guys, how have people found SilencerCo's company service? I have a couple of Bowers cans and I've gotten used to talking to the designer and engineer himself and getting top notch personal service, but I'm considering one of their products so I'm trying to get a feel for how they treat you at SilencerCo.

They replaced my Spectre II end cap no charge after I had a round kiss the exit hole even though it was my fault (can was loose).

I wouldn't be concerned.

i let my suppressor get loose on my subgun and it blew out the end (i was new to suppressors).....they replaces the end cap and 2 baffles for free....i believe their warranty is 1 free repair w/ no questions asked

it was shipped/repaired/shipped back in like 4 days.

i like the company and product enough to buy a 2nd one from them

I had mounting problems with a saker and they shipped several mounts for me to try out for free along with a return shipping label. They have above excellent service and for me personally never had an unpleasant conversion with them. You will be purchasing with confidence.

I need to send off my Octane after melting a couple baffles and an end cap strike.

Spoke with them on the phone months ago they said no problem, I just haven't acted yet. I plan to melt the baffles a little more first. ;)

When a dealer screwed me on a thread adapter for my octane 9 HD Henry shipped me one free of charge over night the next day.
About 5 months after the merger.
Wasn't his problem but he fixed it. I spoke directly with Henry.

Have two SWR products and would/will buy from silence Co again.

The cam lever on my osprey 45 never locked tightly from when it was new. Brought it to the range and the lever wouldn't lock. Called up silencerco and had it back to me in around a week. Their customer service is excelllent (as is Bowers).
