Hi Folks, I've been reading fast. The 22 conversions (Vector etc) seem to run just fine in Vectors. In IMI RR guns, the converted semi grip assemblies seem to have trouble with 22 S/A mode. I've normally just replaced the grip assembly with a F/A grip assy from a SMG and the 22 kit runs just fine in semi. BTW, if you put the SMG grip on the converted IMI RR, don't forget to open up the sear holes a bit. The S/A IMI RR guns normally don't allow the F/A sear to come up and stop the bolt w/o a bit of work. I just put the receiver in the Bridgport and trim a bit with an 0.094" end mill. Looks nice that way.

If you have another grip stick, give that a try. If you're running fine in f/a, the spring isn't the problem. My Vector and Kraut grip assemblies both work fine.
