The only problem with that is it's a 5th circuit court ruling on RB's device.

Maybe change this to say that it is a legal semi auto based on the law and that ATF has been forced to recognize that fact? You could link to the ATF letter on them.

I haven’t seen a FAL SS yet.

Most SS suppliers are folding up under the C&D. At least one has stated their intention to fight it

Nice job on the info. Good luck
Who is planning to fight it?

That's from Titan Tactical Supply. I thought is was HT. TTS is one of the makers/retailers. Hoffman tactical does not sell the SS.

I have refrained from making a hit list of makers as to not help Rare Breed, ABC LP, LLC go after people.

Hoffman sells kits on his website for assembling his print designs. His Orca is a unique design that uses a printed lower, upper, handguard, as well as stock. I do not know of any other ways that he receives compensation for his work.

Looks like mr maxim thinks his machinegun patent both the mp5 as well as the minigun.
I wonder hy rare breed didnt send hoffman a c&d. I do appreciate the time money rarebreed has spent in the courtroom with the feds. But i think it is pretty clear he doesnt care beyond his bottom dollar. Hence the astronomical price tag.

So where can we buy these right now before we can’t?
I know Grey Market, Deez Nuts Tactical, and Fudd were all still shipping in the past week or so. Grey Market indicating they are fighting it probably means they are planning to continue selling.

All fast fire 22lrs are finicky. I’m finding that SS’s seem a little more reliable than my m16. I think it has something to do with when the SS adds friction to when the autosear adds friction. The SS also seems to have less bolt bounce issues than my M16.

I still need to fire the first 2 rounds in my 15-22 mags in semi and then I can dump the last 23 rounds. I think it must me 15-22 mag spring pressure related or the fact the mags are too new. The older mags work better. The 50 rd BD drums don't have that problem. So much fun.

The 50 round drums are the best and most consistent for me also. The tunable spring tension is a big plus

I have this going with a cmmg 22LR 16" upper with the weight kit and SS trip it rips even better trigger feel with a can on the end. I just received a 10" 22LR upper to try out as well. I am running all the stainless weight for the 16".
Also using the MK4 22 mags with Blazer 500 brick and Aguila super extra round nose 500 pack. Defiantly fun stuff.

Who here is using the McFadden loader? It appear it needs a little mod to work with the cmmg mk4 mags.

Later Joe

The McFadden Lightning loader is almost mandatory. My 13 yr old son has broken three of them.

I can see that not much to them. I hade to remove a small amount off the rear of the adapter to get the mag to sit back further now it loads the MK4 mags like it should.

You should call then up and let them know. They are very amenable to suggestions. I sent them a Lage M-11/22 mag and asked if they could make and adapter. They said, "No problem. I'll get it out by the end of the week." and they did.
