I just got to watch Ian chase a goose through the pages.

It's one of my favorites books, and guns. Never thought I'd love macs.

I can explain the "left-handed MAC." Gordon Ingram's daughter Michelle designed the cover. I had sent her a picture of a MAC-10 with highlighted markings for the front cover. She also asked for a silhouette of a MAC for the spine of the book. Well she named both files "cover" and old Murphys law kicked in and the image intended for the spine ended up on the cover.

Now that ^^ right there ^^ is a pretty cool piece of history for the book.

I've had the book since it was released and never noticed!
Check my copy and yup it's a lefty.

I purchased The Mac Man books few weeks ago, and I really enjoy it. The details, the photography, the presentation- it is now one of my favorite books- right next to the Uzi book. i Thought Ian’s review was spot-on as well.

Sorry about the missing letter S, just returned from LONG trip and I'm still decompressing.

Hard Rain has been sold out for quite a while. The market for machine gun books is quite small. My publisher doesn't like to make a second print run, because sales are very slow on a second printing. The exception has been the Thompson book American Thunder now in its 3rd edition, the AK book Grim Reaper; 2nd printing. I just finished a second edition of the M14 book, the Last Steel Warrior (to be printed soon) and a book on the S&W 76, which will be my last book.
